• Refunds processing time will take 24-48hours of item returned.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider. The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, etc.)

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping within INDIA

• Standard Delivery (3–7 business days) – Free on orders over ₹999

• Express Delivery (1–3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packed in our signature gift boxes and is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
