Free shipping across India
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees.
Delivery timelines
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment. Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days.
- Remote / hill areas: 6–9 business days.
These timelines are estimates. Weather, public holidays, and courier-side events may add 1–2 days.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- An email and SMS/WhatsApp with your AWB tracking number and courier name.
- A live tracking link visible in your My Account → Orders page.
Secure packaging
Every pearl piece is packed in a soft-lined Gautham Jewellers box, sealed in tamper-evident packaging, and shipped in a double-walled outer carton. Signature-on-delivery is enforced on orders above ₹10,000 for added security.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. For international orders, please contact us — we may be able to arrange courier shipping on a case-by-case basis, with customer bearing courier, duties and taxes.
Undeliverable / RTO orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts failing, or recipient refusal, our team will contact you to confirm re-delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Pincode not serviceable?
Over 95% of Indian pincodes are serviceable. If your pincode cannot be served by our couriers, you'll be notified before checkout. Reach out — we'll find a way to get your pearls to you.
