Is the consultation really free?
Yes. No fees, no hidden charges, no deposit. We offer it because most brides need guidance before they can even decide what to buy — and we'd rather help you plan properly than sell you the wrong piece. You're free to buy from us or elsewhere after.
I'm not in Hyderabad — can I still book?
Absolutely. 60% of our consultations are video calls with brides from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and abroad. Video calls work just as well — we hold pieces against different light sources, measure on camera, and send you photos during the session. Delivery is free pan-India.
How much should I budget for a bridal pearl trousseau?
Honest answer: ₹75,000–₹1,50,000 gets you a beautiful primary rani haar with matching earrings and tikka in freshwater pearls. ₹3,00,000+ unlocks South Sea pearls and multiple ceremony-specific pieces. How soon before the wedding should I book?
Ideally 3–4 months ahead if you want custom pieces. Ready-to-ship pieces can be delivered in 2–3 weeks. Last-minute brides (under 4 weeks) — don't panic, we keep emergency stock and can arrange express consultation. Just mention the urgency in the notes.
Can my mother / sister / fiancé join the call?
Of course. Most brides bring their mother — pearl decisions are usually made as a family. Just share the video call link with whoever you want to include. For showroom visits, feel free to bring up to 4 people.
What if I don't like anything?
Then you don't buy. The consultation is free and unconditional. We'd rather you walk away with clarity than with a piece you'll regret. Many brides use the session to understand what they want, and come back 2–3 months later to order.
Can you match existing jewellery I already have?
Yes — send photos during the consultation. We often design complementary pieces to work with heirloom jewellery, your mother's rani haar, or pieces you've already bought from another jeweller.
